Refund policy
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To qualify, items must be:

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Supported with photos if requested

We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

All items that are not defective (wrong size, color, or change of mind)

Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible for defective items. Other exchanges, including different sizes or styles, are not accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact wasteddreamsstudio@gmail.com
